I had a great time staying here for 2 nights in the King Studio Suite. The kitchenette was convenient for preparing meals. The staff was friendly and attentive. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. I will definitely return! 🎄

So, I arrived & checked in smoothly. Fresh cookies right there at the counter, it's like cute yourself with a treat. The indoor pool was pretty inviting, perfect for chilling after a long drive. I even enjoyed the little store they had for late-night snacks.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but all things considered, it was still acceptable.

The first room on the top floor felt like a loud asteroid belt—something noisy on the roof turned sleep into a challenging venture. Transitioning to a second-floor room yielded less noise but not before dogs were throwing late-night parties in the hall. Additionally, the carpets looked like they had seen better days with visible stains, and the rust on bathroom fixtures gave a hint of neglect.

In my wife’s opinion, the carpets needed a good cleaning. It would be great if they could improve the cleanliness for families with little ones.

It was just a prime choice for resting at all in Austintown with high value for money. The kitchenette was nice to have when we wanted a snack late at night. Consider requesting a room away from the barking dogs for a quieter stay.
